Sterling North
(1906 - 1974)
Thomas Sterling North grew up in Edgerton in southern Wisconsin. He worked as a newspaperman, editor and novelist. He is best know for his children’s books, including Rascal, the story of his pet raccoon. In the 1940’s he was an early critic of comic books.
