Steven Spurrier
(1878 - 1961)
Steven Spurrier RA was a British artist and painter. He was born in London. He apprenticed to his silversmith father. But after studying art at evening classes, he became a freelance magazine illustrator. He also illustrated books and produced posters for theatrical productions.
