MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
Within Your First 30 Days
If you cancel within the first 30 days of when you began your monthly Premium Membership, your refund will be 100%.
You will be refunded on the payment card you provided us.
After Your First 30 Days
If you cancel after the first 30 days of when you began your monthly Premium Membership, your refund will be prorated according to the unused portion of your current billing period.
You will be refunded on the payment card you provided us.
For example: 15 days into 30-day month equals 50% used up, for a 50% refund.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
Within Your First 30 Days
If you cancel within 30 days of when you began your annual Premium Membership, your refund will be 100%.
You will be refunded on the payment card you provided us.
After Your First 30 Days
If you cancel after 30 days of when you began your annual Premium Membership, your refund will be prorated according to the unused portion of your current billing period.
You will be refunded on the payment card you provided us.
For example: if you are three months into your 12-month subscription, you have already consumed 25% of your subscription. The remaining 75% will be refunded to you.
